Effective date: 27 September 2026
If you bought a Tulbrain subscription and changed your mind, you can withdraw within the period set by the law of the country where you live. You don’t need a Tulbrain account to ask.
How long you have
- Argentina: 10 calendar days from the purchase (Consumer Protection Law 24,240, art. 34; Resolution 424/2020).
- Brazil: 7 days from the purchase (Consumer Defense Code, art. 49).
If you live somewhere else, the law of your country applies. The Terms and conditions explain the rest.
How to ask
If you paid through Google Play: write to hello@netmindcloud.com with:
- the email address of the Google account you paid with;
- the date of the purchase (the order number from your Google Play receipt helps, but isn’t required).
We handle it ourselves: we refund the purchase through Google Play and end the subscription.
If you paid through the App Store: Apple charged the payment, so the refund is requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you need help, write to hello@netmindcloud.com.
Within 24 hours we reply to the same email with a code that identifies your request.
Good to know
- Withdrawing ends the subscription and its paid access.
- If you only want to stop the renewal, you can cancel the subscription at any time.
