Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the language-learning application and related services (the “Service”) operated by NetMind Cloud LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service. The Service provides interactive language-learning content: lessons, practice exercises, games and progress tracking. Content is educational; we do not guarantee any specific learning outcome.
3. Accounts. You may sign in using supported identity providers (such as Apple or Google). You are responsible for the security of your device and sign-in method, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to create an account; younger users may only use the Service with verifiable parental consent where the Service allows it.
4. Subscriptions and payments. Some features require a paid subscription. Purchases made on mobile are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their terms; billing, renewal and cancellation are managed through your store account. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subscriptions renew automatically. Free-tier features may be limited and may differ by platform.
5. Acceptable use. You agree not to: misuse, disrupt or overload the Service; attempt to access other users’ data; reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service or its content; or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property. The Service and its content (lessons, exercises, audio, images, software) are owned by NetMind Cloud LLC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial learning.
7. Disclaimer. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetMind Cloud LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Changes. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
