Terms and Conditions
Effective date: August 19, 2026
1. Acceptance. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the language-learning application and related services (the “Service”) operated by NETMIND CLOUD LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service. The Service provides interactive language-learning content: lessons, practice exercises, games and progress tracking. Content is educational; we do not guarantee any specific learning outcome.
3. Accounts. You may sign in using supported identity providers (such as Apple or Google). You are responsible for the security of your device and sign-in method, and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Paid plans and payments. The Service can be used without paying. Where we offer a paid plan, it is sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play: billing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled in your store account under that store’s terms, and we cannot issue refunds directly. Some features may be available only on a paid plan.
5. Acceptable use. You agree not to: misuse, disrupt or overload the Service; attempt to access other users’ data; reverse engineer, copy or resell the Service or its content; or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property. The Service and its content are owned by NETMIND CLOUD LLC or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial learning. Third-party names, logos and trade marks shown in the Service belong to their respective owners and are used under their brand guidelines.
7. Disclaimer. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NETMIND CLOUD LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Termination. You may stop using the Service at any time and may request deletion of your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Changes. We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified in the app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. This does not remove the protection given to you by the consumer law of the country where you habitually live (see section 13).

13. Your mandatory rights. No provision of these Terms, including sections 7, 8 and 11, applies to the extent that it would exclude or limit any right or remedy that cannot be excluded or limited by law in the country where you habitually live.
14. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
