What's free and what's paid
Languages, Speed Reading and Mind Training are free, with no locked content: free Energy (yellow ) recharges on its own every day, and each activity uses 1. If you want more, you can buy Energy packs (green ) or subscribe. Energy packs are one-time purchases, not a subscription: what you buy doesn’t expire while you have your account, and your free Energy is always used first. The Premium and Founders subscriptions don’t use Energy: Premium is monthly or annual, and Founders is our own annual plan, sold in stages.
Free
Free Energy (yellow ) recharges on its own every day, and each activity uses 1. Unused Energy doesn’t carry over. A new account also gets welcome activities, not offered in every country (conditions).
Energy packs (green )
Each pack is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. The Energy you buy doesn’t expire while you have your account, and your free Energy is always used first.
Premium and Founders
They don’t use Energy and include Public Speaking. They’re subscriptions that renew automatically until you cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account: Premium is monthly or annual, and Founders is our own annual plan, sold in stages (see Founders).
In the United Kingdom, Tulbrain is by subscription only.
Want to look around first?
Outside the United Kingdom, you can start without an account. With a free account, what you do stays saved and Energy comes back every day. If you start without an account, your progress isn’t saved.
Where you pay, and where you cancel
Purchases and plans go through the store where you got the app, the App Store or Google Play: you pay there, and you cancel a plan there, in your account. If you need help, here’s our support page.
The price can vary from country to country because of taxes and currency, and the app shows it in your currency before you pay. Download Tulbrain and take a look, no rush.
Availability varies by country.
On iPhone and Android. Same app, same account.
