Founders Terms
Effective date: September 27, 2026
These Founders Terms apply to the Founders plan. They add to our Terms and Conditions, which apply to everything not covered here — including how the plan is sold, renewed, cancelled and refunded through your app store, and the rights you have under the law of the country where you live. If these Founders Terms and the Terms and Conditions differ on something specific to the Founders plan, these Founders Terms apply.
1. A plan, not a stake in the company. “Founders” is simply the name of one of our annual subscription plans. Buying it does not make you a founder, co-founder, partner, member, shareholder, creditor or investor of NETMIND CLOUD LLC or of Tulbrain. It gives you no ownership, equity, share of profits or revenue, and no vote or say in how the company is run. It is not an investment: do not buy it expecting a financial return. What you get is access to the Service.
2. Your benefits. The Founders plan gives you the following, and nothing else:
(a) Paid features — the paid features of the Service described in the app when you buy it.
(b) The Founders price — the price of the stage in which you buy, which is lower than the price of our standard annual plan at that time.
(c) Price protection — as described in section 3.
(d) New modules — your Founders plan includes every new module of the Service, at no extra cost, as and when we release it while your plan is active. The only additional charges that may apply are for extra storage and AI usage, such as AI tokens.¹
3. Your Founders price. As long as your Founders plan renews without interruption on the same store account, we will not raise its price.¹ The price protection ends when the plan ends — if you cancel and let it expire, switch to another plan, or the store ends the subscription after a failed payment. If you subscribe again later, the price in force at that time applies. The amount charged in your local currency may also change with taxes or with the store’s currency conversion, which we do not set.
4. Stages. The Founders plan is sold in stages, each with its own price. We may close a stage, or stop selling the plan, at any time; this does not affect plans already bought.
5. Personal. The Founders plan is linked to your Tulbrain account and your store account. It cannot be sold or transferred to another person.
¹ In the future, additional charges may apply for extra storage and/or AI usage (such as AI tokens). Any such charge would be for new or additional capacity, offered separately through your app store and shown before you buy; it would never apply to what your Founders plan already includes, and it does not change your Founders price.
